Glendale uses the best of time-tested global pedagogies. We are one of the pioneers of the Theory of Multiple Intelligence that proposes eight different intelligences to account for a broader range of human potential in children and adults. We also incorporate the best of globally acclaimed pedagogical tools from Ivy League Institutions like Harvard and Stanford. Our pedagogy is inspired by Harvard’s project Zero and we extensively use Thinking Routines and other tools in our teaching. We promote a culture of lifelong learning and our Teacher Orientation Program titled Glen SEED is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitude of our faculty in multiple areas including Brain Compatible Learning, Multiple Intelligence, Universal Design for Learning, Lesson Planning, 7 Habits of Highly Effective Learning and Differentiated Learning, to name a few.

The Leader-In-Me Programme
Glendale was certified as the First Lighthouse School in India certified by Franklin Covey Education. We have incorporated Stephen Covey’s Leader in Me programme in our curricula. Our staff and students learn to build an understanding of how to work effectively, independently and interdependently, in all aspects of life, not just at school.
Staff Training on Child Protection
All our faculty and staff receive appropriate training in child protection. The school counsellor delivers this training once every quarter based on a module. Notably, safety sensitization is conducted separately for all students, teachers and support staff, once every quarter. This clearly states the policy for touching and not touching.
