A School-Parent Collaboration that Brings the Best Outcomes

At our acclaimed international school, we consider our parents as our partners-in-education and we value the impact that a strong and positive parental involvement can bring to the school and to our students. We promote and encourage a school-parent partnership that can create rewarding learning journeys.

Leveraging the Power of Parental Involvement to Create Enriching Learning Experiences

Parents are one of the key pillars of the growing Glendale community and their involvement in matters related to the school’s programmes and their children’s development creates synergies.

A more motivated and focused student and a vibrant community where the feedback and involvement of parents in their children’s school-life sum up to create positive impacts on the school’s progress and the development of its students.

Programmes that Strengthen the School-Parent Relationship

At our Hyderabad schools, we implement innovative programmes that not only boost the level of parental involvement in their children’s academics and overall development, but also helps us deliver important information to them, ask them for their feedback on specific issues and set up an environment of positive school-home collaboration, which can go a long way to positively impact the overall performance of our students.

Coffee with Curriculum

What more can be more interesting and refreshing than enjoying a cup of coffee while discussing curriculum at one of our beautiful campuses with our faculty? The Glendale parents love these stimulating sessions as we engage them in deep conversations about our academic programmes over a cup of coffee.

Parent-Teacher Meetings

We conduct regular parent-teacher meetings not just to report on their children’s performance at school and to pinpoint specific areas of improvement, but also to jointly discuss the actions that should be taken to optimise the learning journey of our students.

Parent Support Group

Our Parent Support Group is a synergistic group of parent volunteers, who partner with us to make the learning journey of our students even more enriching. Our Parent Support Group provides valuable support and feedback to help us align our vision better with the needs of our parents, our partners-in-education.

Parent Lighthouse Group

We are the first accredited Lighthouse School in India certified by Franklin Covey Education. Glendale has been incorporating the Leader in Me Program in its curriculum and was honored to have the President of Franklin Covey, Mr. Sean Covey visit our campus. Sean Covey is the son of the late Mr. Stephen Covey who wrote the masterpiece 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, on which the Leader in Me program is based. As a part of Leader in Me, we educate parents on the science of cultivating healthy habits for a successful life. Our Parent Lighthouse Group supports us in our leadership initiatives and synergize with us for the welfare of the school.

Glen Care Team for Parent Relations

Our Team of Glen Care Officers are the point of contact between the parents and school. Our Glen Care Officers are in constant touch with our parents to partner in initiatives, to sort out concerns, to solicit feedback and to ensure effective two way communication between the parents and the school.
